1. Services & Bookings
Buzzin Bartenders provides premium mobile bartending services and optional add-ons such as mixology parties and mocktail bars.
Deposit Requirement: All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date.
Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if cancellation is made at least 21 days before the event.
Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply for travel outside our primary service area, extended service hours, or additional requested services.
Custom Pricing: All pricing is tailored to your event requirements.
2. Alcohol & Compliance
Buzzin Bartenders does not supply alcohol. You, the client, are responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages.
You are responsible for ensuring legal age verification for all guests consuming alcohol.
Depending on the venue or local regulations, you may be required to obtain event or liquor liability insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse service if guests are visibly intoxicated or if serving alcohol would violate local laws.
3. Liability
Buzzin Bartenders is not responsible for damages, injuries, illnesses, or incidents that occur before, during, or after your event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzzin Bartenders, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your event.
4. Service Area
We provide services in Southern California, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and Orange County. Events outside these areas may incur additional travel charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate event details when booking.
Ensure a safe and legal environment for alcohol service.
Provide access to the event location at the agreed-upon setup time.
6. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
Access non-public areas or systems.
Upload harmful or malicious code.
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these terms.
7. Payments
